1. Female must exclusively date (date only Jeff Gebhart (“Gebhart”)) for 365 consecutive days (the “Initial Dating Period”). Dating is defined as being in a romantic relationship with Gebhart. The female that dates Gebhart as stated above is referred to as the “Dating Female”.

2. After the Initial Dating Period has been completed, Gebhart shall make five payments of $5,000 each, for a total of $25,000, to the person that referred the Dating Female to Gebhart, as more fully explained and limited below. Self-nominated Females and/or Dating Females are not eligible for any payment from Gebhart. The first $5,000 payment will be paid within 30 days following the last day of the Initial Dating Period, with the remaining four payments to be paid each year thereafter on the same date and month as the original payment. (ex. First payment made on 3/1/21; the remaining four payments will be made on 3/1/22, 3/1/23, 3/1/24, & 3/1/25).

3. Both Gebhart and Dating Female have the right at any time and for any reason to end the romantic relationship. If the romantic relationship with Dating Female ends prior to the completion of the Initial Dating Period, then Gebhart does not owe any money to the person that referred the Dating Female to Gebhart. If the romantic relationship with Dating Female ends after the completion of the Initial Dating Period, then Gebhart does not owe any money to the person that referred the Dating Female to Gebhart, other than what has already been paid by Gebhart to the person that referred the Dating Female to Gebhart.

4. All Female applicants must be adults of legal age, and whose birth sex is female.

5. The above Terms & Conditions are governed by Kansas law. Gebhart, the Dating Female, and the person that referred the Dating Female to Gebhart all agree that if any lawsuit/action is brought to enforce these Terms & Conditions, or is brought in connection with any litigation arising out of these Terms & Conditions, or the claims which are the subject of these Terms & Conditions, that the District Court of Johnson County, Kansas shall have exclusive jurisdiction and shall be the exclusive venue for said lawsuit/action.

6. By accepting payment from Gebhart, the person that referred the Dating Female to Gebhart agrees to the above Terms & Conditions. Dating Female also agrees to the above Terms & Conditions.
